Air conveyor is horsed on the floor, Blower with Pre and Hepa filter is installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air Blower, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are conveyed the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All parts are made of stainless steel SS 304 except the Nylon by pod support and the Neck Guide rail.

Stainless Steel 304 matte finish elegant conveyer body for extremely good aesthetic appearance to the whole line.
Air/Chain/Case Conveyors are Modular in design thus can be quickly assembled on site with great flexibility
Can be equipped with attached Y conveyer for multiple input & single output with suitable automation to prevent bottle accident & bottle damage.
Automation of the full line is done keeping the Filler machine synchronized with all other machineries by a very experienced in house programming team
Can be equipped with multiple Hepa filters in our Air conveyors for extremely high hygienic class of Air Requirement
Layouts can be provided as per your building design to optimize performance with sufficient buffer time to get high efficiency.
Guide Strips are made from high quality thermoplastic material with SS support guide which has a very long life & less wear & tear gives high reliability.
SS blowers are provided with Rotomotive motors which can be controlled by a variable frequency drive for perfect balance of air.
