We ensure you to receive your products in the perfect condition, however if there are any issues with the product then your requested to send in an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the necessary details of your order.
Replacement Terms :-On receiving a defective product:
- • On receiving any item with a prominent fault send in an email at email@example.com
- • In case of After Receiving the Product customer not like product so we will not accept return the product or refund the money.
- • On receiving an email from you we will revert back with an immediate resolution to the problem.
- • Do not send back any product without informing us.
- • If circumstances arise and we are unable to Resend you the original product, then we would request you to select any alternative item from the website.
- • Alternative if selected will be shipped at No extra cost.
- • If any alternate item is not selected then the company will refund the entire purchase amount with no reductions.
- • Any extra shipping cost for sending back an item to India is to be paid by the customer.
- • We will do free alterations & modifications, for any product found with error after examinig and approval by our technitions.
For multiple orders placed shipping for few is not possible due to the unavailability of products. The customers are then requested to select alternate items. If any there is no alternate selection then your amount will refunded absolutely with no deductions for the non-delivered items along with the shipping charge. We will offer you a compensation by way of store credit depending upon the order value and delay in communication.
Guide to Return
To return any product :
- • You need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product problem specifying all its details at an immediate notice.
- • Try and send the items through a registered courier service or else any problem caused in the transit will be difficult to deal with.
- • Items once detected with defect and verified should be sent in 7 business days after confirmation keeping the product intact.
- • We will thoroughly check the fault on the product and will be cautious prevent it.
The return package from customers should be marked as return goods or defective return products.
