Weight filler is best suited for viscous liquids of higher density and filled in bulk quantities e.g. 5kg jerry cans, 5 gallon pails, 20 Kg drums, 50 Kg drums etc. Examples of this type of filler for bulk products include cleaning chemicals, enzyme solutions, oils, ghee and other medium value products. High value products filled by these machines include specialty adhesives and paints, precious metals dissolved in acids, and other expensive specialty chemicals.

03 Operation

After sensing the Can/Jar as an object to fill, machine automatically tares its weight to zero. Then the product bulk supply is pumped into the container by opening two pneumatic valves. The first valve close after achieving the course weight and the second after the target weight is achieved. Accuracy of fills is accomplished by various "bulk and dribble" (course and fine) methods in the filling process so that overfills are avoided The entire filling range of 1 litre – 5 litres or 5 litres – to – 20 litres can be set on the machine without any change part.
